Mark Boesen is President and CEO of HPA Consultants LLC. He is a practicing pharmacist with three decades of patient service and a licensed attorney. He founded the firm with Allyson Snow to combine his expertise and passion in healthcare operations and management, healthcare public policy, and government affairs. Mark is committed to his practice of pharmacy and law, providing support to healthcare businesses and professionals when they require innovative solutions to solve problems. Clients are offered the value proposition of having an advisor who is an attorney with extensive law firm experience and a pharmacist with contemporary practice experience.
Allyson Snow, J.D.
VP and General Counsel
Allyson Snow is VP & General Counsel. Before becoming an attorney, her career was in healthcare sales and marketing. Allyson’s motivation in her law practice is to help her clients balance the challenges of compliance with vast healthcare regulations with finding creative solutions to operate sustainable healthcare businesses. Allyson offers her clients the value of having an experienced health law attorney who has managed a large healthcare business’s expansion and daily operations.
