Established in 2003, as Health Policy Associates, LLC now HPA Consultants, we found our roots in political advocacy.  At its inception, the founder and CEO Mark Boesen, Pharm.D., J.D., knew there were a number of organizations struggling to grow businesses due to overly burdensome regulatory hurdles that didn't make sense in today's complicated and changing health care marketplace.

HPA Consultants still provide political advocacy, but HPA Associates are not exclusively in the business of political advocacy.  The political influence held by the associates' and the firm's clients have naturally led the enterprise to expand our service offerings.  Today, our associates' work to perform professional and operational consulting and due diligence services to clients throughout the country.   Today's clients not only call upon HPA Associations when access to elected officials in needed, but our client's also find the strategic planning and facilitation of the associates to be the necessary catalyst in the growth of their own enterprises.
